Abstract

An ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition containing a first and second ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer is disclosed. The first ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer is prepared in the prsence of a polymerization catalyst containing an organoaluminum oxy compound and at least two kinds of metallocene compounds (b) and the second ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer, which differs from the first in at least one physical property, is prepared in the presence of a polymerization catalyst containing an organoaluminum oxy compound and a metallocene compound (b'). The ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer composition has excellent moldability and heat stability properties and forms films having high transparency and mechanical strength.
