Abstract
There is disclosed a color image processing apparatus which corrects a color balance of image information consisting of a plurality of sheets. This apparatus can perform natural correction using membership functions on the basis of characteristics obtained by an average value and white levels of the plurality of sheets, and can independently adjust color balances of the plurality of sheets.
