Abstract

This invention relates to a process for obtaining, from transformed cells, the polypeptide called nerve growth factor (.beta.-NGF), and more precisely to the process for obtaining, by recombinant DNA technology using genetic constructions insertible in appropriate eukaryotic cell lines, the biologically active human mature form (.beta.-subunit).
