Abstract

This invention relates to o-tolidines which have a tert-butyl substituent ortho to an amine group. These compositions are represented by the formula: ##STR1## where R.sub.1 =i-propyl, or t-butyl, and where R.sub.2 =hydrogen, i-propyl, or t-butyl. The compositions are useful in the preparation of polyepoxide resins as well as polyurethanes, polyamides and polyimides.
