Abstract
Substituted cyclohexane derivatives for the treatment of diseases Esters of cyclohexane derivatives of the formula I ##STR1## in which A--B, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, Y and Z have the meanings indicated, for use as inhibitors of the glucose-6-phosphatase system of the liver in mammals are described. The compounds are suitable for the production of pharmaceutical preparations.
