Abstract
The compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, Y, A, Z, CyB, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, n and m are described in the specification and claims. and acid addition salts thereof, salts thereof, and hydrates thereof; have inhibitory effect on cGMP-PDE, and additionally on TXA.sub.2 synthetase.
