Abstract

A fertilizer containing Ca, Mg and NH.sub.4 4, having a water content ranging between 15% and 35% in weight and a melting point ranging between 50 and 65 degrees C is prepared by etching of dolomite and/or limestone with nitric acid, neutralization, concentration and granulation (FIG. 1).
