Abstract
Biodegradable compounds which are effective fabric conditioning molecules are described as having Formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl or alkenyl, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each independently a C.sub.7 -C.sub.30 straight or branched alkyl or alkenyl, R.sub.4 is a C.sub.1-4 alkyl or alkenyl or hydroxyalkyl and X is a water soluble anion.
