Abstract
A uniplanar microstrip to slotline transition is provided which includes a ubstrate having opposed first and second sides. A first electrically conductive layer is joined to the first side of the insulating substrate; and a second electrically conductive layer is joined to the second side of the substrate. The second layer is configured to provide a microstrip, a microstrip transmission mode to slotline transmission mode transition having a matching element, and a slotline.
