Abstract
A compound having the formula ##STR1## wherein A is CR.sub.7 ; and R.sup.1 through R.sup.7 are substituents such as hydrogen, halogen, branched and straight chain hydrocarbons, cyclic hydrocarbons, aromatics, and sulfur and nitrogen containing functional groups. Further, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 may be taken together with the atom to which they are attached to form a group ##STR2## in which R.sup.9 and R.sup.10 are further functional groups. The compounds are useful in herbicidal compositions, particularly in combination with carriers and surfactants. A process for making this compound is also presented.
