C., (b) at least one fluid silicone having a viscosity no greater than 50,000 mPa.s. at 25.degree. C. and (c) a sugar glyceride nonionic surface-active agent, and wherein the percentage by weight of such VHV polydiorganosiloxane (a) in the total silicone content (a)+(b) ranges from 5% to 50% and the ratio parts by weight of surface-active agent (c)/parts by weight of water is no greater than 0.7.
