Abstract

A superficial model with an inner reinforcing structure having communication ports formed for communication among cells defined by ribs constructing a honeycomb structure. For this purpose, a process of temporarily stopping light exposure is added in a light exposure process for modeling ribs. Alternatively, a process of offsetting phases of ribs is added in the light exposure process for modeling ribs.
