Abstract
A polymer dispersed liquid crystal optical device has two substrate each having an electrode layer. At least one of the substrates is transparent. An ultraviolet-cured product, such as a polymer material and a liquid crystal material, are sandwiched between the substrates and the respective electrode layers.
