Abstract

Conductive polymers with ionic conductance including a non-aqueous complex of a polyester having the formula ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkylene radical; G is a bivalent group deriving from H --(--O--R.sub.3 --).sub.p --O--R.sub.3 --OH with p=0 or 1-10 and R.sub.3 a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkylene radical; X is CH.sub.2, S or O, and n=5-100; with an ionic compound. The polyesters having formula (I) wherein: X=S; R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are each --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --; p=1-10 and n=5-100, are also new.
