Abstract
The invention in its broad aspects relates to peptide derivatives which are useful as inhibitors platelet function mediated by the GP llbllla receptor and for the prevention of thrombus formation. The compounds of this invention are shown by the following Formula I: ##STR1## and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
