Abstract
Allosteric hemoglobin modifier compounds having the general structural formula: ##STR1## wherein the R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, and R.sub.6 moieties may be hydrogen, halogen or alkyl groups and may be the same or different, and wherein the R.sub.7 and R.sub.8 moieties may be hydrogen or methyl groups and may be the same or different.
