Abstract

Disclosed is a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support and thereon a blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a green-sensitive silver emulsion layer and a red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein said green-sensitive emulsion layer contains at least one coupler represented by Formula M-I and at least one of a non-color-forming compound represented by Formula A-1 or A-2: ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; X represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent capable of splitting upon making a reaction with an oxidized product of a color developing agent; and Z represents a group consisting of metal atoms necessary to form a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring: Formula (A-1)
