Abstract
A photothermographic material comprising photographic silver halide, a reducible silver source, a reducing agent for silver ion and a binder, and as an antifoggant and/or stabilizer, a compound of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R is a member selected form the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group and a heterocyclic group.
