Abstract
A sludge dispersing agent for fuel oils includes a polymer having at least one >C.dbd.N.sup.+ < bond in its molecule and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of long-chain alkyl phosphates and alkyl sulfosuccinates and salts thereof.
