Abstract
N-Pyridylsulfonyl-N'-pyrimidinylureas of formula I ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is methyl or methoxy and R.sub.2 is hydrogen or methyl; and the salts of those compounds with mines, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal bases or with quaternary ammonium bases, have good pre- and post-emergence selective herbicidal and growth-regulating properties.
