Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds having anti-ischaemic activity of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and Z are as defined herein. The present invention further relates to a method of preparing such compounds, as well as compositions having anti-ischaemic activity which comprise such compounds and a method of treating ischaemia.
