Abstract
A medical dispenser is disclosed having a container with a cover slidable with respect to the container wherein the cover has recessed areas for removably receiving appropriately sized and shaped tabs of an indicia bearing card and wherein the cover structure prevents sheetlike edges of material in the container from entering the recessed areas.
