Abstract
Disclosed is a damping material, which contains from 3 to 30% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer containing at least two polymer blocks along with a bitumen and which has a dynamic loss tangent (tan .delta.) of being 0.5 or more in 10% deformation under the condition of 25.degree. C. and 1 Hz.
