Abstract

The invention relates to novel compounds of formulae I, II and III ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 alkyl or C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 alkyl or C.sub.5 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl, and R.sub.3 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkyl or C.sub.3 -C.sub.18 alkenyl. The compounds are used as antiwear additives for lubricants.
