Abstract
Disclosed is a class of compounds based on tungsten and diphosphonic acids, which contain active oxygen atoms and cationic groups deriving from onium salts. Also disclosed is the method for preparing and using said class of compounds for olefin oxidation and diol and acid oxidation reactions.
