Abstract

A class of spirocyclic piperidine derivatives are selective ligands at sigma recognition sites and are therefore useful in the treatment and/or prevention of psychiatric disorders. The claimed compounds are of the formula ##STR1## wherein, A and B are hydrogen, Q is a bond, R.sup.11, R.sup.12, and R.sup.13 are as defined in the specification.
