Abstract

An anti-fogging film consisting essentially of a thin film of a transparent synthetic resin, which has micro concavities of at most 20 .mu.m in width and at most 10 .mu.m in depth formed over the entire surface of at least one side of the thin film, the total area of the micro concavities being from 20 to 80% of the area of the film surface on which the concavities are formed.
