Abstract
A compound selected from the group consisting of those of formula I ##STR1## in which R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5, R.sub.6, R.sub.7, X and n are defined in the description, an optical isomer thereof, and an addition salt thereof with a pharmaceutically-acceptable base or acid.
