Abstract

A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a trifluoromethyl group or a pentafluoroethyl group, R.sup.2 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R.sup.3 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.7 alkyl group, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 alkenyl group, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 alkynyl group, a halo(C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl group, a halo(C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)alkenyl group or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy(C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)alkyl group and X is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom, which is useful as a herbicide.
