Abstract
A compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 stands for a substituent on benzene ring, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 independently stand for hydrogen or methyl, and n denotes 0 or 1, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof is useful for prophylaxis and treatment of peptic ulcers (e.g. gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer) and gastritis.
