Abstract

Compounds having formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy and methoxy. At most one of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 and at most one of R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 is selected from the group consisting of hydroxy and methoxy. M is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and pharmaceutically acceptable inorganic or organic cations or tautomeric forms thereof. The compounds have immunomodulating activity.
