An ophthalmic apparatus includes a first index mark provided as an index mark for measuring the shape of a cornea substantially on the optic axis, a second index mark provided around the optic axis, and a calculator for calculating the shape of the cornea based on the position information of the cornea-reflected image of the first and second index marks.
