Abstract
The mixture consists of at least one organic peroxide, at least one hydroquinone derivative of the general formulae I and/or II and/or III ##STR1## wherein R and R.sup.1, which may be identical or different, stand for H or t-alkyl, and X stands, for example, for C.sub.1-18 -alkylene, and a crosslinkage promoter, and permits the crosslinkage of polymers and at the same time extends the scorch time, which must be understood as the processing time.
