Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition for topical application, containing, in a suitable carrier, microspheres of polymers or of fatty substances filled with at least one active product, characterized in that at least 80% of the microspheres employed have a diameter of between 3 .mu.m and 10 .mu.m.
