Abstract

A sports shoe includes a shell having a rear quarter. The quarter is provided, in a downward position and to the rear, with a recess. The sports shoe includes a flap which is articulated to the shell and affects the recess; the flap is provided with a projection for engaging the quarter at the recess providing a rear support of the quarter. The flap can be disengaged from the quarter by the user by pressing the projection or the flap in the direction of the leg.
