Abstract
A red-eye phenomenon preventing device includes a light emitting part for flash photography, a light emitting part for preventing the red-eye phenomenon, a reflection shade arranged to surround the light emitting part for flash photography and the light emitting part for preventing the red-eye phenomenon, and a protector disposed in front of the light emitting part for flash photography and the light emitting part for preventing the red-eye phenomenon.
