It is comprised of two swivably connected panels that open and close with respect to each other, much like the covers of a book or greeting card. One or both of the panels may have means for mounting and displaying a photograph, and with both panels opened with respect to each other, serve as a photo frame. The combination gift article has a gift container mounted on one of the panels that may contain a small gift and/or a photograph. Preferably the gift container is in the shape of a heart. The combination gift article may also have inscribed on a panel or the gift container a greeting or message for the receiver of the gift.
