Abstract

Phenylalkanoic acids containing a sulphonamido group, and their use in a method of treatment of thromboxane-A.sub.2 mediated diseases are disclosed. A compound of the invention is 4-[4-(phenyl-sulphonamido)phenyl]butyric acid.
