Abstract

Disclosed are a sculpturing resin composition which comprise comprising a polyoctenamer resin and a polyolefin copolymer and/or a modified polyolefin resin, and a process for sculpturing a sculptured product. The sculpturing composition has an excellent property of not shrinking even after elapse a long period of time, and is capable of being molded by hand at moderate temperatures, sculptured or shaved with a chisel, etc., and also being polished or ground with a rasp, etc., in comparison with conventional sculpturing materials. The anti-shrinking property of the polyoctenamer resin is found to be improved specifically by the mixing with a polyolefin copolymer and/or a modified polyolefin resin.
