Abstract

The present invention relates to oligopeptide derivatives that are conjugated to DNA alkylating agents, having the formula ##STR1## wherein m is 0 to 4; n is 2 to 4; each R.sub.1 is the same or different and is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl; and R is a DNA alkylating moiety. The present invention is further directed to pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and method for treatment of cancer using the subject compounds.
