Abstract

A compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different/representing methyl or methoxy groups, or form --CH.dbd.CH--CH.dbd.CH-- by binding to each other; R.sup.3 is an aromatic group or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted; and n is an integer of 2 to 8, shows inhibitory effect of cell proliferation and is useful as cell proliferation inhibitor.
