Abstract
A solid pharmaceutical sustained-release form, consisting of a core containing the active compound as well as conventional pharmaceutical auxiliaries, a coat which delays the release of the active compound and an antiadhesive outer layer, wherein the coat consists of a physiologically acceptable fat-like or wax-like hydrophobic layer which melts in the range from 30.degree. to 120.degree. C. and contains, in addition to conventional pharmaceutical auxiliaries, one or more water-insoluble polymers, and a process for its preparation.
