Abstract

A method of producing a feather containing resilient body to be used for a padding or a trim cover of a vehicular seat. The method is as follows: First, a predetermined amount of feathers is coated with water and prepolymer of polyurethane resin. The coated feathers are put into a mold to form a mass of feathers. In the mold, the feather mass is adjusted in thickness and heated so that the polyurethane resin prepolymer is hardened.
