Abstract
The present invention provides BU-4641V of the formula: ##STR1## This invention also provides a biologically pure culture of BU-4641V producing Arthrinium sp. FA1744. Another aspect of the invention provides a process for preparing BU-4641V. Yet further aspect of the present invention provides a method for treating mammalian tumors and bacterial or viral infections.
