Abstract
The compounds are ethanolamine benzoate compounds useful for the treatment of syndrome X, and of hypertension in patients who are insulin resistant or have one or more metabolic anomalies. A compound disclosed is S-1-(m-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2-{.beta.-{4-[2-(N-(3,3-diphenylpropionyl)am ino)ethyl] benzoyloxy}ethylamino} propane.
