All possible stereoisomers and mixtures thereof of a compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine and bromine, R is selected from the group consisting of optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl and cycloalkyl of up to 8 carbon atoms, optionally substituted aryl and aralkyl of up to 14 carbon atoms and optionally substituted heterocyclic and Z is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, methyl, --CN and --C.tbd.CH having pesticidal, particularly insecticidal properties.
