Abstract
A method of preparing a light sensitive silver halide photographic material is disclosed. In the method a coated layer surface temperature is not higher than 19.degree. C. when a percentage of water to binder is within the range of 800-200% by weight on a side coated with the light sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and the light sensitive material can be dried up by taking not shorter than 35 seconds to get a percentage within the range of 800-200% by weight. A light sensitive photographic material is also disclosed. The material has a specific surface smoothness degree and contains matting agent, and is prepared by above-mentioned method.
