Abstract

The invention relates to new 2-pyrimidinyl- and 2-triazinylacetic acid derivatives of general formula I ##STR1## in which A, R.sup.2-5 and X have the meanings given in the description, processes for their preparation and their use as herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulants.
