C. to about -5.degree. C. and a second polymeric phase comprising a polymer compatable with the first polymeric phase, having a molecular weight less than 5,000 and a Tg from about -15.degree. C. to about +50.degree. C. The latex is particularly suited for use as a single component adhesive.
