Abstract
Isolated DNA sequences, expression vectors and transformant cells are provided which allow for the large scale production of vascular endothelial cell growth factor. The vascular endothelial cell growth factor is useful in the treatment of wounds in which neovascularization or reendothelialization is required for healing.
